Happy Sunday!

Things are looking up this morning. This morning financial aid came through and now I know I will be able to pay for school (and someday have large amounts of money to pay back to the government). I went to the auction yesterday and picked up the most darling set of lamps. They are totally old-ladyish, but I don’t care because I love them. I also got a box of salt and pepper shakers. Half of the box is probably going to end up donated, but the ones I’m keeping were well worth the money spent.

I’ll post pictures of my buys later. I’ll probably try to make it to the auction next weekend. I’ve got to time this trip better. I stood around waiting for over four hours before they got to the lot I wanted, and then I missed out on some end tables because it would have been another hour long wait and I had to get a cranky pants home. Oh well. My buys were good, and I am happy with what I got.
